  I have been with this company for over 7 yrs I do not recommend them at all they are very polite but don't solve issues just say to fix this problem there is a 35 dollar fee that's non negotiable I had a credit score of 680 wouldn't give me a refinance loan for 6000 dollars constantly take account service fees when I'm sighed up for e statements witch is supposed to waive that fee that didn't stop till about 6 months ago if u call to unlock your card they locked for no reason u wait on hold for hours which is great when your trying to get gas an hr from home bottom line don't trust this company save your self the stress and time also the atms are constantly broke or down if you call and tell them they say you can go to another atm there's only 1 gte atm within 80 miles of me and if I wanted to use another bank's atm I would just bank with them no loyalty or customer appreciation I will do my best to take my 8 family members who also bank with them with me when. I leave I hope y'all get shut down
